LONG HOURS

You knock doors when other people are at the gym, in traffic, or on the couch. The hours are the price of admission. They are also the moat.

REAL MONEY

Commission only. No ceiling. Top reps clear six figures inside a year. People who can't take a "no" make zero. Both happen in the same office.

05 — Read this before you apply

THE TRUTH.

Commission-only means commission-only. Your first 30 days, you will work harder than you have ever worked and you may earn nothing. You will knock doors in the heat. You will be told no, often loudly, by people who don't owe you politeness. You will go home tired and questioning whether you can do this.

Day 31 through 60, the answer starts to come. Your pitch starts working. The first deals close. The money is real and it is yours. Most who quit, quit between day 20 and day 35 — the window right before the work pays off.

Day 61 to 90, the question flips. It is no longer "can I do this." It is "how big can I make this." That is the line we are looking for you to cross.
