This Privacy Policy explains what information Valor Division collects when you visit join-valor.com or submit an application, how we use it, and the choices you have. Valor Division is operated by Scapin Solutions Group LLC, based in Sarasota, Florida.

02 · What we collect

When you submit the application form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly, including:

• Your name, email address, phone number, current city and state.
• Your answers to the application questions (relocation willingness, prior commission-only experience, door-to-door experience, written essay responses, reference name and reference phone).
• Basic technical metadata about your submission (the page URL you submitted from, the browser user-agent string, and the time of submission).

If you later text our recruiting number, we receive your phone number, the contents of the messages you send, and timestamps. We do not collect device location, contact lists, or any other data your phone may make available — only what you explicitly send.

03 · How we use what we collect

• To process your application and decide whether to invite you to a founder screen call.
• To contact you about your application by phone, text message, and email — including scheduling the screen call, the in-market shadow day, and any next steps.
• To keep operational records of who applied, when, and what stage of the process they are at.
• We do not use your information for advertising or marketing unrelated to your application.

04 · SMS / text messaging program — required disclosures

Valor Division operates an SMS messaging program for recruiting-related communications. By submitting the application form and providing a mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from us about your application, your founder screen call, your shadow day, and your start date.

• Message frequency varies based on the activity on your application. Typical volume is a few messages per week while you are actively in the pipeline; zero once your application is closed.
• Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.
• Reply STOP to any of our messages to opt out of further SMS communications. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again from the recruiting number unless you re-opt-in.
• Reply HELP for help. You will receive a short response identifying us and pointing you to this Privacy Policy and to our contact email.
• Opt-out does not affect non-SMS contact (email or phone calls) about an active application.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide through the SMS program, including your mobile phone number, opt-in status, and message content, is used solely to communicate with you about your application and our recruiting process. All categories of mobile information, including consent and message content, are excluded from any sharing with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

05 · Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as follows, and only as necessary to operate the recruiting process:

• Service providers we use to run the site and the recruiting process, including Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Notion (recruiting database), Twilio (SMS delivery), and email providers we use to contact you. Each provider is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.
• If you are accepted as an operator, information necessary to onboard you (such as your name, contact information, and start date) is shared with the team members responsible for your onboarding and management.
• Legal requirements — if we are required to disclose information by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We will never share your mobile phone number, opt-in status, or SMS message content with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Period.

06 · How long we keep your information

• Application records: retained while your application is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for pattern analysis (typically up to 24 months from your last activity), unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• SMS message logs: retained for the lifetime of your active opt-in plus a short period afterward (typically up to 12 months) for carrier compliance and dispute resolution.
• Operator records (if you are hired): retained for as long as employment-related recordkeeping requires under applicable law.

07 · Your choices

• Withdraw your application at any time by replying to any communication from us or by emailing [email protected]. We will mark your application closed and stop reaching out.
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any of our text messages. You can also email us with the same request.
• Request deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period and either delete the data or explain any portion we are required to retain.
• Correct your information by emailing us with the update. We will update our records.

08 · Children

This site and our application process are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not submit the application form. If we discover we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it.

09 · Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the information you submit, including HTTPS for the site, access controls on the systems where applications are stored, and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your information safe.

10 · Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date above and post a brief description of the change at the top of this page for a reasonable period. Continued use of the site or the SMS program after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
