LONG HOURS

You knock doors when other people are at the gym, in traffic, or on the couch. The hours are the price of admission. They are also the moat.

REAL MONEY

Commission only. No ceiling. Top operators clear six figures inside a year. Operators who can't take a "no" make zero. Both happen in the same office.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

The work is solar. The output is a different version of you. Reading list, training cadence, weekly reviews, mentorship. You leave Valor harder, smarter, calmer under pressure.

Comparison rungs are general / illustrative for a U.S. 18–27-year-old, not specific employer offers. Valor ranges are earning potential; commission-only means neither floor nor ceiling. Some operators hit zero. The ones who don't, climb.
